Job Summary/Basic Functions
Provide high level administration and professional support services for all activities of the College and its programs; direct executive assistance to College and program leaders; and oversee College and program needs. Services provided include: written communications; meeting and resource management; data management and analysis; scheduling; organization; conducting research; and coordination of activities across units within EKU to ensure a positive employee experience and seamless service for College administration, faculty, staff, and students.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: One year of responsible clerical, customer services, and secretarial and/or administrative support is required.

Job Duties:
- 35% - Operational Activities: Manage the operational activities of the College program, set priorities; establish and assign priorities; ensure schedules are maintained and deadlines are met; develop processes and procedures for College; assist in implementing and monitoring the College Strategic Plan. - ()
- 30% - Communicate with internal and external constituents and management to exchange information, resolve issues or concerns, and coordinate activities. Coordinate administrative functions with College subordinate units. - ()
- 30% - Research, analyze and summarize data pertaining to College functions, programs, budgets, personnel, and/or reports. Establish and maintain College digital data management policies, procedures, and technologies to effectively capture, store, organize, access, and utilize digital data, ensuring its integrity, security, and efficient use throughout its lifecycle, from creation to disposal. - ()
- 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - ()
