Job Summary/Basic Functions
The position will manage operational activities and perform administrative support duties for ICCA and School of Music.
|
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: One year of responsible clerical, customer services, and secretarial and/or administrative support is required.

Job Duties:
- 30% - Organize and coordinate all ICCA events which includes booking, catering, contracts, presentations, awards, swag and helping to prepare programs for events. - (Essential)
- 30% - Administrative Support: Prepare and Manage the Scholarship Funds, including offer letters, scholarship agreement forms, awards funded through Slate, Paper Application in the Foundation Office, School of Music Scholarships and any other scholarship awards as applicable. Maintain records and documentation following the retention schedule, Managing office supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices, Sending and receiving mail and packages. Sending faxes and emails, Answering the phone and Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers. - (Essential)
- 20% - Budget: Assists with School of Music budget preparation and other accounting or financial tasks as assigned, oversight and hiring of student workers, ensuring accuracy of billing and receipt of materials, Handling billing issues, disputes, and vendor issues, Maintain the Shopper Role on Jaggaer assigning carts, Prepare and make deposits, following University standards including donation processes.issues, disputes, and vendor issues, Maintain the Shopper Role on Jaggaer assigning carts, Prepare and make deposits, following University standards including donation processes. - (Essential)
- 10% - Communication Liaising with ICCA, office of development, and other areas to gather/share relevant information or processes.
