Job Summary/Basic Functions

Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Finance, the Executive Director of Budgeting and Financial Planning provides analytical support for financial planning and resource allocation decision-making and is responsible for the development, preparation, analysis and tracking of the University’s general operating budget.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree or CPA preferred.

Experience: Experience in a not-for-profit, higher education, audit or related consulting practice.

Job Duties:

  • 45% - Provides analytical support for financial planning and resource allocation decision-making. - (Essential)
  • 50% - Responsible for the development, preparation, analysis, and tracking of the University’s operating budgets - (Essential)
  • 5% - Ensures the effective operation of the University by completing other duties as assigned. - (Essential)
