The Chair/Director reports to the Dean of the College of STEM. Position includes administrative, budgetary, and program decision-making within the Department. PhD is required in Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, from an accredited institution. Experience in university academic leadership and EAC-ABET accreditation is required. Credentials for appointment at the rank of professor: demonstrated record of distinguished teaching, research/scholarship, and service; experience in curriculum development, program expansion, student recruitment and retention; faculty recruitment and development; fiscal management; and record of involvement in professional societies and community relations are essential.
Coord, Competitive Sports Richmond Campus
The Coordinator of Competitive Sports will provide strategic oversight, creative support, and supervision to the department's efforts toward providing excellent competitive sports programs.
