Instructors are responsible for the well-being of their class members and must be willing to interact socially with participants, making them feel welcome. Along with leading classes, instructors are required to participate in monthly team meetings/trainings and all-staff Campus Recreation training every semester. Students hired in this position can expect to walk away with skills in: leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem solving. Campus Recreation positions are designed to equip students with transferrable skills beyond graduation. As such, students must accept the position with a willingness to learn, grow, and work in a team atmosphere. The fitness team is currently looking for students who are interested in learning how to teach and lead classes in: dance fitness, yoga, cycle, or other modalities.

Aircraft Maintenance Manager Richmond Campus
The Aircraft Maintenance Manager will manage the fleet maintenance schedules of aircraft in a university-based FAA Part 141 flight school. The Aircraft Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, modifications, alterations and inspections on EKU's fleet of aircraft are completed in accordance with applicable FAA regulations. The position will coordinate and manage the inventory for spare parts and consumables and provide direction for all aspects of an aviation maintenance operation. The position requires an individual to be capable of exercising independent judgment, proficient in managerial, administrative, and knowledgeable about general aviation aircraft maintenance.
