Student Flight Fee Account Manager Other EKU Location
The Student Flight Fee Account Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate allocation of EKU Aviation professional flight student’s flight fees for the purpose of their completion of the approved flight syllabus. The Student Flight Fee Account Manager will coordinate with appropriate Aviation staff members to ensure flight fee allocation for only approved flight purposes. Additional liaison, as required, with Student Accounting and other EKU fiscal offices. Bachelor's degree from a regionally (SACS, Middle States, North Central, etc.) accredited and recognized institution and two years directly related to accounting practices and budget management is required. Prior aviation related experience preferred.

Flight Scheduling Manager Richmond Campus
The Flight Scheduling Manager serves as an essential team member of the Eastern Kentucky University Aviation School of Aviation (EKU-A), orchestrating the complex scheduling and operational coordination of one of the nation’s most dynamic collegiate flight programs. This critical role oversees the management of over 5,000 monthly reservations and flight events for more than 400 students and instructors, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 61/141 training requirements.
