The ideal candidate will be collaborative and comfortable working with multiple campus partners to meet and exceed strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
This position will be involved in all aspects of convenings, programming and events, from initial planning and budgeting to communication and marketing to on-site event logistics and participant management to post-event billing and analysis. |

| Drake University invites candidates interested and/or experienced in CHORAL CONDUCTING undergraduate music majors, minors and non-major participants; other duties possible depending on the candidate’s expertise and availability of teaching opportunities. This is a part-time adjunct position conducting one choir (The Drake Choir) 3 days per week (4.5 hours) with 2 scheduled choral concert during the semester. The candidate will work with Drake University’s Director of Choral Activities on performance literature, scheduling, and other relevant administrations. This is a one-semester sabbatical replacement position. |

| The Grants Accountant reads, reviews, and interprets award documents to complete award setup and provides notification to campus units regarding award information. The position ensures proper invoicing and payment and timely financial reporting of assigned grant awards. Working with the Senior Grants Accountant, the Grant Accountant works to ensure grant compliance and is responsible for the financial closeout function of the awards. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with faculty throughout the grant maintenance period. |
