Adjunct Instructor, Educational Leadership	Iowa
The Drake University School of Education – Department of Leadership and Counseling invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor. This position will be responsible for teaching EDL 283: Leading Complex Organizations (taught Fall 2026). The successful candidate will teach one section in the Fall of 2026 to a group of educators seeking their Superintendent licensure. The course objectives have already been established. The instructor is responsible for facilitating course activities and projects designed to meet the course objectives as well as grading all related coursework. The purpose of the course is to prepare students to lead complex organizations. Leading and managing organizations is not easy and attempts to improve organizations without adequate understanding are common. Whether trying to lead, follow, or just survive, understanding the inherent complexity of leadership helps reduce surprise, confusion, and at times catastrophe. This course seeks to analyze exemplary leadership and develop knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to make positive differences in a group or organization. Public and private sectors increasingly impact one another, and shared understanding can help strengthen organizations locally, nationally, and internationally. Candidates must submit a letter of interest and a CV/resume online. K-12 administrative experience is required. Doctoral degree and/or university teaching experience are preferred. Digital Content Strategist	Iowa
Drake University’s Office of Communications and Marketing is excited to invite applications for a Digital Content Strategist. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining digital health across various digital platforms, ensuring attention to accessibility, user experience, SEO, brand guidelines, and proper use of institutional assets. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and organizational skills, a working understanding of HTML and CSS, and confidently be able to switch between various digital platforms on a regular basis. A strong customer-centric approach to work is also required. This individual is responsible for working across multiple campus partners to help support their website needs. While campus partners can publish a certain level of content, to maintain digital health, the vast majority of content is vetted through this office. For this reason, this individual needs to be able to empower content editors to a degree that helps them operate efficiently while prioritizing support requests that need implemented through the office. The right candidate will show a balance of customer service and an ability to communicate a recommendation that best meets the challenge or objective at hand.

The mission of Drake Public Safety is to provide a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff and campus visitors. Drake Public Safety strives to achieve this mission through a community friendly approach that enhances safety through the visibility of Public Safety personnel, preventive patrols, 24-hour accessibility, positive conflict resolution, and crime prevention and awareness programs. Drake Public Safety collaborates with local law enforcement and community organizations in fulfilling its mission. In addition to their role in keeping the campus community safe, Drake Public Safety officers also are trained to assist in medical emergencies and have access to portable defibrillators for use in emergency situations.

The Senior Grants Accountant is responsible for all post-award financial administration of grants and contracts for the university. The position must maintain a working knowledge of government regulations for grants and will work closely with faculty to ensure compliance to those regulations.
