Our Customer Support (Aftersales) team is looking for an Area Manager who will be the interface for BMW Group Australia and our retail network therefore the role will be required to travel interstate.
What awaits you?
- You will be responsible for assessing business potential, developing business plans and strategy for respective dealerships to assist improve dealer performance.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and steer quantitative and qualitative results through KPI performance reporting and drive initiatives.
- You will be responsible for initiating improvement measures across Customer Support activities and monitor successful implementation.
- You will drive dealer activities to generate additional sales opportunities for Parts, Accessories and Lifestyle and increased customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Service and Parts business operations at Dealer management level.
- University qualification in Business or equivalent experience necessary.
- Proven relationship management experience with strong business and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, high level of personal presentation with a strong work ethic.
