ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site or Project Engineer to join our Electrical team supporting our long-term Electrical scopes at throughout Western Australia.

As the Site/Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of electrical projects by coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of project activities to achieve time, cost and quality objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality and design requirements.
  • Support procurement activities and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical support and contribute to project planning, design changes and problem solving.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
  • Identify project risks, investigate issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.
  • Manage priorities effectively, demonstrate accountability and contribute to continuous improvement and professional development.

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working on electrical Construction projects
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • White Card - CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights
