About the role:
- To build positive win-win business relationships with customers by developing a clear business growth strategy. The business strategy will generate and increase sales through careful business planning which includes unique marketing and promotional activities. Account Managers will work closely with Educators to maximize sales by utilizing the AST Academy, class-based training and in clinic training where appropriate. This role will service the inner west area of Sydney.

- Increase sales by opening new accounts and growing existing accounts across all brands.
- Meeting company monthly and yearly sales targets for all brands.
- Build win-win business relationships with clients.
- Develop clinics’ marketing plans, and promotional strategies in conjunction with the AST marketing team.
- Develop a call cycle to ensure all clients have a business growth and development plan in place.
- Organizing and attending promotional events in a professional manner.
- Attend company conferences and trade shows as requested.
- Attend interstate training and team meetings as requested.
