About the role:
- To maintain and develop business in the region, with a focus on signing new clinics and achieve consistent growth year on year.
- To increase clinic spending and devise new and innovative ways to maximize clinic success.
- To lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers & Clinical Educators based in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Manager Director, the Regional Manager holds responsibility for achieving budget in the territories of NSW.
- Devising regional and territory-focused sales strategies that aim to attract and win new clinics, and to increase the spending of existing clinics.
- To launch and implement marketing and digital marketing strategies originating from head office throughout the region, monitoring results as required.
- Assisting Account Managers & Clinical Educators in managing the relationships of their clinics, solving problems, and answering queries.
- Providing leadership to the Account Managers & Clinical Educators in the region, motivating them and providing them the tools and resources to succeed in their role.
- Managing Key Accounts in the region as required, and filling gaps in the call cycle when Account Managers & Clinical Educators are on leave.
- Using SAP reports and data available to generate reports.
- To drive attendees to AST Academy training.
- To provide ideas, input, and feedback to the Management team; always seeking new ways to grow and develop our business, improving processes and sales resources.
- Supporting the team to prepare, update and present in Salesforce.
- Leading regular team meetings, with the goal of ensuring compliance to systems and procedures, measuring results, generating action plans, maintaining morale, and fostering a team spirit second to none.
- Drive team engagement and morale through effective communication and continuous improvement. Create and actively drive/reinforce a high performance and employee engagement culture, espouse, develop our organisational values and culture.
- To Ensure effective recruitment of the right people with the right skills in the right positions at the right time.
- To Ensure effective on-boarding of new employees. Manage the probation period for new employees ensuring regular feedback is provided, improvement actions instigated if necessary.
