The opportunity…
We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Regional Product Manager to lead our Medical Device portfolio across Southeast Asia. This role is critical in shaping the product strategy, managing the lifecycle, and driving regional success through deep collaboration with cross-functional teams and external healthcare stakeholders. You'll be at the forefront of launching and growing transformative technologies that enhance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify market trends, new product opportunities and clinical trends through a high level of market presence and appropriate market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide product-related support, resources, and direction to the sales team.
- Comply with all regulatory, legislative and Industry requirements for portfolio and product communications and activities.
- Ensure regular assessment of MRP forecasts and stock ordering with the purchasing team.
- Identify and manage stock turns in addition to slow moving and excess stock.
- Manage and coordinate industry conferences in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Department.
- Develop and initiate marketing campaigns and supporting marketing activities with customers
- Assisting Developing and Providing customized marketing material to Sales team and customers
- Ensure that products meet local regulatory standards and healthcare regulations, including working with regulatory affairs teams for approvals and certifications.

Experience required:
Essential
- Minimum 2 years Product Management experience in the medical devices/healthcare industry.

Regulatory knowledge and medical device regulations.

Proven experience in managing teams, conducting performance reviews, and driving employee engagement.

Experience working with sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical teams, as well as external stakeholders like hospitals.

Ability to develop and execute regional product strategies.

Strong understanding of customer needs and relationships.

Strong skills in managing product lifecycles and multiple project
Desirable
- In-depth knowledge of medical device technologies and clinical applications.
- Familiarity with regional healthcare systems and market trends.
- Experience leading teams through change and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience managing products across multiple regions or markets.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies for medical devices.
