Join us in transforming surgery with advanced robotic-assisted surgical technologies. We're hiring a Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the da Vinci SP platform – a system specifically designed to deliver robotic-assisted surgery through a single-incision or natural orifice.
You will lead the market implementation of this important technology and execute marketing strategies to maximise adoption. We're looking for someone with a patient-first mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for surgical innovation.

Responsibilities
- Identify market trends, new product opportunities and clinical trends through a high level of market presence and appropriate market research and competitor analysis;
- Maintain a high level of interaction and communication with all principals relevant to the assigned brand portfolio;
- Develop and manage the execution of strategic business plans;
- Develop and manage execution of clinical marketing campaigns for focus specialty areas
- New product set-up;
- Provide product-related support, resources and direction to the sales team;
- Conduct product training;
- Develop and execute launch packages for new products including all relevant marketing collateral and sales resources;
- Comply with all regulatory, legislative and Industry requirements for portfolio and product communications and activities;
- Manage all pricing and margins for all products within the assigned brand portfolio in conjunction with Senior Product/Business Manager;
- Ensure regular assessment of inventory forecasts and stock ordering with the purchasing team;
- Undertake sales forecasting;
- Coordinate relevant tenders and contracts in conjunction with the Tenders and Pricing Manager & Senior Product/Business Manager
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in market and undertake stakeholder development to benefit the business.
Experience required:
Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or commitment to undertake studies in marketing upon appointment
- At least 5 years sales or marketing experience
- Sound computer skills
- High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise and communicate with other professionals within the business
- Current valid driver’s license
Desirable
- Understanding of logistics and stock management;
- Previous marketing experience, preferably within the medical / surgical industry;
- Understanding of TGA/Regulatory Affairs.
