The opportunity…
The People & Culture Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of People & Culture operations across the business. This role works closely with employees and stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience through accurate coordination, responsive support, and effective administration of core P&C processes and initiatives.
In this role you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the P&C function
- Manage all employee lifecycle processes including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, status change letters, termination letters and parental leave letters.
- Provide administration assistance with salary survey inputs, remuneration updates, salary reviews and bonus processes.
- Assist with employee benefits programs.
- Provide administration assistance with performance reviews and Performance Growth Conversations (PGC’s).
- Maintain employee records and data in HRIS.
- Assist with first level employee HR enquiries;
- Generate and provide ad hoc HR reports;
- Maintain P&C intranet page:
- Be an active participant in relevant P&C projects

Experience required:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a HR role within a busy corporate environment;
- Experience with HRIS and HR software systems;
- Effective time management;
- Strong oral and written communication;
- Evidence of high-level confidentiality;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Ability to recommend and implement process improvement;
- High level of attention to detail
