We are currently seeking a Support & Test Equipment Specialist to join our high-performing team, based within our F135 engine program. This role is vital in ensuring our tooling and test equipment fleet is maintained to the highest standards. to support our high-volume transactional maintenance operation.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating the availability, calibration, and readiness of critical support and test equipment. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment where attention to detail, flexibility and accurate record-keeping are paramount.

You'll also be expected to drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within your daily work, identifying opportunities to streamline, optimise, and elevate support equipment processes in alignment with lean principles and TAE Aerospace’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of support and test equipment, ensuring operational readiness at all times

  • Coordinate calibration schedules and track compliance requirements

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and asset registers

  • Action equipment maintenance, fault reporting, and corrective actions

  • Support process improvements and drive CI initiatives within your workstream

  • Liaise with internal teams and OEM representatives to ensure tooling conformance and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in an MRO, aerospace, or high-compliance technical environment

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage transactional workflows effectively

  • Experience with tooling, test equipment, calibration, or maintenance coordination

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
