Registered Nurse - Level 1, Rehab Unit at St Johns
Permanent positions available including permanent night duty at St Johns - Tasmania's largest Private Health Rehabilitation Unit.

- Pay rate is dependent on Enterprise Agreement and experience - $38.77 - $49.49 per hour + super
Your main duties will include:
- Deliver a patient and family-centred rehabilitative nursing approach to our patients
- Competent clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
- A strong commitment to health care & professional standards, customer service and risk management
About You:
- Registration with AHPRA and in possession of a current practicing certificate
- Demonstration of maintenance of CPD points
- Maintains mandatory competencies as directed by CHCT
- 12 months experience in a similar role – hospital/aged care
- Previous Rehab experience - essential
- Demonstrated clinical competence in area of specialty
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of rehabilitation nursing practices
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
- Decision making and delegation skills
