About the role
The Calvary Assist team plays a vital role in welcoming new residents, clients, and patients to Calvary.
As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will be key in guiding clients and families through their care journey, offering both empathy and expertise while ensuring they feel heard, respected, and supported.
The Customer Relationship Coordinator will ensure that customers, services, and homes are supported throughout the process of selecting and entering a residential aged care home or choosing an appropriate home care service. Additionally, the role involves providing information regarding admissions and general hospital services.
Some of your main duties will include:
- Providing compassionate and knowledgeable advice on Home Care, as well as Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living services.
- Responding to inbound calls, emails, and ticket inquiries in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Assisting individuals and families in exploring their care needs and offering guidance tailored to their unique situation.
About you
- Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (essential).
- Solid understanding of Home Care.
- Knowledge of Residential Aged Care (ideal but not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet targets while delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, including multitasking, prioritising, and effectively managing time and delegating tasks.
- Salesforce skills are highly regarded (but not essential).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Clear thinker with lateral problem-solving abilities and the capacity to simplify complex ideas into actionable, understandable steps to ensure positive outcomes.
