About the role

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a confidential executive support service to members of the Executive Management Team Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Leadership team. Key result areas include – executive administrative and business support, function coordination, customer and community liaison service and personal support to key roles in the executive management team at Calvary Adelaide Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management
  • Administrative duties
  • Committee management, including minute taking
  • Events and function coordination
  • Liaising with key stakeholders internal and external to the hospital

What you bring 

  • High level experience in administration at Executive Level
  • Extensive computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher), web based marketing software and access databases.
  • Ability to work in a small and supportive team
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships through effective interpersonal relations.
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service and ongoing service improvement
