Are you passionate about education and dedicated to fostering a culture of learning within a healthcare setting? CNAH is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educator to join our dynamic team at a 0.6FTE.
About the role
The Learning and Development Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring our staff receive comprehensive and engaging training. Reporting to the Learning and Development Site Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering orientation and annual training programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Facilitating educational sessions across the surgical floor.
- Supporting the Learning and Development Site Lead in the development and implementation of training programs.
- Maintaining accurate records of training participation and completion.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure training needs are met.
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration and ability to work as a Registered Nurse
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) OR willingness to complete within first 12-months of commencement
- Proven experience in adult learning and education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials and delivery methods.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred.
