About the role
 
The CSSD manager is a key position within the Procedural Areas team providing support to the CSSD staff, working alongside the clinical team to provide safe and efficient care for our patients

Key Responsibilities
  • Development of a team based environment while providing leadership and support to the CSSD team, working in partnership with the Procedural areas and Ward areas
  • Ensure standards, guidelines and legislative requirements are met with governance from assurance practice
 
This role is a full time permanent role based at Calvary Adelaide Hospital.
 
What you bring
  • Formal qualifications in sterilisation
  • Understanding of Safe Work practices
  • A sound understanding of Australian Standards, Guidelines and Legislative requirements relevant to the area
  • Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in a organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • a desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
