About the Role

Join our Endoscopy Unit on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. As Booking Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and clinicians, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication across the unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient bookings for endoscopic procedures
• Coordinate appointment schedules and procedure lists
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, clinical staff and external providers
• Maintain and update electronic patient information systems with accuracy
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

About You

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare setting
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer literacy and data-entry accuracy
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team-player with a proactive, flexible approach to patient care
