About the role
An exciting new role for a CSSD technician has become available at our Calvary Adelaide site.
As a CSSD Technician, you are responsible in following hospital policies and procedure to provide sterilised medical devices for use in all relevant areas where reusable medical devices are utilised.

In this role, you will require to:
- Practice in accordance with Infection Control principles, AS5369 and other relevant standards
- Participate in personal professional development
- Complete all annual competencies relevant to area of practice
- Participate effectively in department Quality Management Program
- Effectively manage own time, prioritising tasks as required to meet workload demands
- Effectively and efficiently utilise material resources
What you bring
- Previous experience in a CSSD is desirable but not required. Applicants from a different industry with transferrable or similar skills are welcome.
- Practices in accordance with Infection Control principles, AS4187 and other relevant standards
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
- Currently studying or have completed Certificate 3 in sterilisation
