About the role
 

The Field Services Engineer, based in the VIC region, is a key member of the ICT & Service Delivery team at Calvary. This role is responsible for delivering and supporting ICT services across various Calvary sites. The position involves diagnosing and resolving technical incidents to ensure the Calvary's infrastructure, hardware, and systems are operating efficiently.

Working closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery and support, a proactive approach is required to identify and address technical issues, minimize downtime, and ensure ICT services meet the organisation's needs.

 
Your main duties will include:
  • Diagnose and resolve onsite technical incidents quickly to minimise operational disruption, collaborating with ICT teams as needed.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure, hardware, and systems in line with company policies.
  • Monitor service delivery performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
  • Accurately document service activities, incidents, and resolutions for compliance and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective ICT service delivery and support, including after-hours and on-call support.
About you
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on understanding and meeting the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of efficient and effective incident resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to ICT infrastructure, hardware, and systems.
