About the role
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Prosthetic Biller to join our team. This vital role works closely with theatres to ensure accurate and efficient billing of prosthetic items, helping to support seamless care and strong operational performance at Calvary Health Care Adelaide.

As a Prosthetic Biller, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient services while upholding the Mission and Values of Calvary.

 
Key responsibilities:
  • Collect and manage prosthetic record forms from theatres
  • Order, track, and receipt prosthetic items
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Accurately enter billing data into relevant systems
  • Generate and interpret billing and usage reports
  • Support continuous improvement in billing processes
About you:
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Hospital billing knowledge or a clinical background (preferred)
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
