About the role
 
The Volunteer Program Manager is responsible for the management of Calvary South Australia's volunteer program across Calvary Adelaide Hospital, Calvary North Adelaide Hospital and Calvary Central Districts Hospital. This is a 0.5 FTE role across the three sites but located primarily at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital.
 
Your main duties will include:
  • governance, development, and safety and quality of volunteer program;
  • management of volunteer coordinator roles;
  • support and engagement of over 200 volunteers.
About you
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
  • Demonstrated people management skills including high level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extensive experience in program and/or project management
  • Current drivers licence
