About the role

Calvary Riverina Hospital are looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant with a passion for the hospitality industry to join our busy team on a casual basis! The Hospitality Assistant is responsible for providing hospitality services within the hospital this may include Housekeeping, Catering and other duties as required.

Based in the picturesque surroundings of the historic Calvary Riverina Hospital, the role works in all areas of the hospital to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. You will be supported to develop a broad skill set and help to ensure that Calvary continues to meet and maintain its Quality standards.

Your main duties will include:

  • Hospital grade cleaning functions
  • Assisting in the kitchen as required
  • Menu distribution and collection
  • Food distribution and collection

About you

  • Ability to work unsupervised to complete duties as per job routine
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Orientated to be multi-skilled
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly disposition
  • Commitment to a high standard of service especially customer service
  • Up to date immunisation status as outlined in the NSW Health Policy
