About the role
 
Seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our supportive team as a Roving Care Manager. Gain clinical and leadership skills while working in diverse Residential Aged Care environments supporting clinical care delivery.
 
The Roving Care Manager will be allocated to attend Care Homes across the Northern NSW Region for designated periods to support leave relief or support specific projects or clinical reviews. This region includes the Newcastle/Hunter & mid North Coast areas.
 
Reporting to the General Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a Care Manager or Registered Nurse looking for their next career step. 
 
This is a permanent full time opportunity.
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Provide clinical and leadership support to allocated Care Home and Home Manager.
  • Support care delivery through leadership and guidance to Care Team.
  • Deliver time specific quality and clinical improvement projects at a Care Home level. 
About you
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Passion for Aged Care & Resident Outcomes
• Willingness to travel, and work away from home
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
• Current Drivers Licence
