About the role
The CSSD manager is a key position within the Procedural Areas team providing support to the CSSD staff, working alongside the clinical team to provide safe and efficient care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Development of a team based environment while providing leadership and support to the CSSD team, working in partnership with the Procedural and Wards Areas.
- Ensure standards, guidelines and legislative requirements are met with governance from quality assurance practices
What you bring
- Formal qualifications in sterilisation
- Understanding of Safe Work Practices
- A sound understanding of Australian Standards, Guidelines and Legislative requirements relevant to the area
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a a mission based organisation.
