About the Role

Based at Calvary Health Care Kogarah, this permanent full-time role is an opportunity to play a key part in shaping our people strategy and culture.

You will:

  • Partner with leaders across the organisation to provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational development.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of People & Culture initiatives that strengthen our workforce capability.
  • Support and embed cultural programs that drive engagement, performance, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

About You

You’ll be an approachable and trusted advisor with:

  • A background in HR, organisational development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a generalist or business partnering HR role
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills
  • Confidence navigating complex situations with empathy and integrity
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a changing environment
