Calvary North Adelaide Hospital (CNAH) invites enthusiastic Registered Nurses with demonstrated clinical experience to express their interest in joining our vibrant team as a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator.
About the role
As the L&D Coordinator, you will be pivotal in delivering comprehensive training programs that support our clinical and non-clinical staff. Reporting to the L&D Site Lead, your responsibilities will include:
· Delivering engaging orientation and mandatory training sessions
· Providing clinical education support to the surgical wards
· Supporting the development and implementation of training programs
· Maintaining accurate records of training participation and completion
· Collaborating with departments to identify and meet training needs
About you
You will bring a positive attitude to the role with a ‘can do’ approach and will have demonstrated nursing skills throughout your practice whilst supporting, mentoring and developing those around you. You will have a passion for sharing your knowledge and want to make a positive difference for our workforce.
· Current AHPRA registration and a minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
· Experience with facilitating the learning needs of nurses within their role in a clinical environment
· Ability to be creative, innovative and flexible in education within a dynamic and changing environment
· Demonstrated high levels of communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
· Desirable: Post graduate qualification in clinical education and/or Cert IV TAE
