About the role
The Roving Quality Manager – Aged Care plays a key role in supporting quality assurance and compliance across Calvary’s aged care homes. This position provides flexible support across sites, including temporary coverage during Regional Quality Manager leave and assisting homes that require additional support to improve compliance, resident experience, and outcomes.
Reporting to the National Quality Lead – Aged Care, the role works closely with Regional Quality Managers, General Managers, and Home Managers to ensure all homes meet aged care standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include quality monitoring, conducting audits, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing hands-on support to address areas of risk or non-compliance.
This role requires a willingness to travel as needed to support audits and provide Quality Manager coverage. Candidates may be based in any state.
Your main duties will include:
- Provide temporary coverage for periods of Regional Quality Manager leave and/or assist with homes requiring additional support to achieve compliance and improvement in resident experience and outcomes.
- Support the Regional Quality Managers, across different Aged Care sites.
- Providing quality support and guidance to homes
- Assisting with serious incident investigations, complaint responses and onsite audits
- Working on quality improvements with the homes to ensure compliance
About you
- Have a passion for Aged Care
- Experience as a Quality Manager in Aged Care
- Ability to travel and holds a current License
- Holds an understanding in Aged Care Quality and Safety standards
