Allied Health Assistant - Permanent Full Time position working Monday to Friday

About the role
 
The Allied Health Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Assisting the Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists with their treatment for orthopaedic and rehabilitation patients, within the outpatient gym setting
  • Assisting with supervising Hydrotherapy classes
  • Participating in professional development
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Assisting with group and individual programs as developed by the therapists.
  • Complete administrative and data collection tasks relevant to Allied Health practice.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation as required
About you
  • Certificate IV Allied Health Assistant Course or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage a clinical and non-clinical caseload
