About the role
 
Provision of high-quality pharmacy services at Calvary Health Care Kogarah (CHCK), both distributive and clinical, according to accepted standards and practices. 
The preferred candidate should have knowledge about clinical pharmacist duties, familiar with eMR, eMEDs and guidance computer programs. They should be available to report to work within reasonable time frame.
 
About you
  1. Registered pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to provide high quality clinical services across a broad range of clinical areas.
  4. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  5. Effective time management skills and the ability to be agile and adaptable to work across a variety of settings at short notice.
  6. Experience and knowledge of person-centred care.
  7. Ability to identify, communicate, escalate and/or manage risks.
  8. Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
