We are looking for a Nurse Unit Manager - Endoscopy to join our team at Calvary!
 
The Nurse Unit Manager - Endoscopy position is based at Calvary Lenah Valley Hospital in Hobart and will be a permanent full time position.
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Endoscopy team.
  • Lead service strategy, operational planning and budget management.
  • Support, develop and performance-manage staff to promote a high-performing team environment.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
About you
  • Previous experience in an Endoscopy environment is desirable.
  • Minimum five years’ relevant clinical experience.
  • Previous clinical management or leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or demonstrated progress towards postgraduate study.
