We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team in a fixed term maternity cover role until March 2027.
We are offering flexible days and hours depending on your needs, just let us know what you're looking for!
At the end of this role, you can join our Registered Nurse team or take advantage of the other endless opportunities within Calvary.
About you
- Registered Nurse with current Registration with AHPRA
- Current NDIS check or willingess to obtain
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing the Aged Care
- Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
