About the role
This unique role is to match new customers with home care solutions and services from the Baptcare offerings. You will be the first face to face contact for home care solutions, supported by a phone based team and fellow team members. Your role will be to generate revenue through the sale of Baptcare's In Home Care / Health and Wellbeing products and services to new customers within a designated territory (Melbourne Metro Inner North and Northern Metro).

Duties, skills and experience
* Meet with prospective customers in their homes and provide expert advice on the variety of aged care services provided by Baptcare and complete the onboarding process
* Represent Baptcare when engaging with Primary Health Networks, General Practitioners, Nurses, Hospitals, Public Health Networks, other Health Care Institutions and Local Community organisations
- Experienced user of client management systems e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook applications
- Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
