About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Audit and Continuous Improvement efforts at Baptcare. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits across all our services to ensure we comply with regulations and industry standards. Your main focus will be to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to drive quality and operational excellence.
With your strong knowledge of auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement methods, you will develop and execute a comprehensive audit program. Your leadership skills will be crucial in promoting a culture of ongoing improvement and encouraging the adoption of standardized processes. This is a chance to make a real difference by enhancing the quality of care we provide to our residents and clients.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you collaborate with and support others, demonstrating respect in your day-to-day actions.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Registered Nurse Division 1 or tertiary qualifications in a health-related field
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in senior audit and compliance
- Training within Auditing and Assurance
- Proven ability to ensure strict regulatory adherence and manage compliance audits and prepare documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and service.
