About the Opportunity
Join the Quality, Practice & Performance team as a Business Partner - Clinical Governance & Systems Improvement and make a meaningful difference in healthcare delivery across our Melbourne operations.
In this full-time role 12-month contract, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals to enhance clinical standards and drive sustainable improvements that directly impact the quality of care we provide to our community. You'll be instrumental in developing governance frameworks, implementing best practice methodologies, and supporting teams to achieve excellence in clinical outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement clinical governance frameworks that support safe, effective care delivery
- Lead quality improvement initiatives using evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements
- Develop and deliver training programs to build capability across the organization
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in health, business, or related field
- Proven experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, or healthcare management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder engagement experience
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation processes
- Project management experience with a track record of successful implementation
