THE ROLE

As a Registered Nurse at Baptcare Wyndham Lodge Community, you’ll provide safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care while leading and supporting the care team around you. This is a role with real clinical responsibility and real human connection.

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care that keeps residents’ health, wellbeing, and dignity at the centre
• Lead and support care staff, ensuring practice is within scope and standards are upheld
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and colleagues
• Ensure safe and compliant medication management
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement and clinical governance
• Maintain your own professional development and currency within your scope of practice

ABOUT YOU

All you need are solid clinical foundations, a person-centred mindset, and the drive to lead well.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no conditions or undertakings)
• Experience in aged care or with elderly people (highly regarded but not essential)
• Confident clinical leadership — you’re comfortable guiding a care team and holding the standard
• Strong communicator — clear, respectful, and consistent with residents, families, and staff
• Comfortable with basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Relevant worker screening as required (NDIS Worker Screening Check / WWCC where applicable)
• Proof of working rights in Australia
