What You'll Do

  • Provide intensive support to families participating in reunification programs
  • Provide supervision and leadership to staff members and contribute to team and program development
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals including case managers, legal representatives, and healthcare providers
  • Facilitate family meetings and coordinate services to address identified needs
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and reports
  • Mentor junior staff members and contribute to team development

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in child and family services, particularly reunification work
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills with families experiencing complex challenges
  • Understanding of trauma-informed practice and family systems approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo background screening
