About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Nursing Manager to lead our Home Care Nursing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and clinical governance of nursing services within BaptistCare’s Home Care services. The role will lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while driving the growth and expansion of nursing services through innovation, partnerships, and service improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing nursing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Drive service growth through new opportunities, partnerships, and innovative service models
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, person-centred care
  • Monitor performance and use data to inform decision-making and service improvements
  • Manage budgets and resources to support sustainable service delivery
  • Lead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across Home Care nursing services
  • Ensure strong clinical governance, compliance, and risk management practices

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Extensive nursing experience in aged care and community-based services
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk, and compliance
  • Experience managing service delivery, budgets, and resources
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to person-centred care and alignment with BaptistCare values
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and own reliable, insured vehicle
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
