Leading a retirement village well means more than running operations. It means creating a place where people genuinely want to live.
As Retirement Living Manager at BaptistCare’s village in Devonport, you’ll hold the keys to everything that makes a village thrive – the people, the culture, the fabric of daily life, and the operational rigour that underpins it all. You’ll lead a dedicated site team, manage a significant budget, and be the person residents, families, and staff look to when it matters most.
This is a full-time, senior leadership role in a genuine community setting. Devonport is a place where you’re not just a manager – you’re part of the fabric of the village. If you want autonomy, accountability, and the chance to do your best work in a role that means something, this is it.
