About the Role

The role of the Administration and Health Care Officer is focused on delivering comprehensive support across various functions within the organisation, with a primary emphasis on student health care. The role involves providing comprehensive health care support to students, ensuring their wellbeing and safety throughout the school. The officer collaborates with parents, staff, and the leadership team to maintain clear communication and compliance with medical protocols. Additionally, it also includes providing administrative support by managing records, supporting the facilitation of events, coordinating enrolment processes, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and organisational policies.

Work Requirements

  • Hold a Working with Children Blue Card
  • First aid (including CPR) and/or experience in the management of student medical conditions (e.g. asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes) will be advantageous.
  • Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
