About the Role

We’re looking for a Weighbridge Operator to join our team at our busy transfer station. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key part in the daily operation of the weighbridge. It’s a casual role, but we’re looking for someone reliable and ongoing.
Whether you're just starting out or bringing experience, this is a great opportunity for someone who is polite and customer focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing waste vehicles
• Process weighbridge dockets and issue tickets
• Handle payments
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Direct customers safely through the site
• Provide excellent customer service
• Report hazards and follow all safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• No experience required — full training provided!
• Friendly, polite, and helpful attitude
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills
• Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work varied shifts
• Customer service experience is a plus but not essential
• Ability to work independently and outdoors in all weather
