Who We Are
At REMONDIS, we’re not just one of the world’s largest recycling, service, and water companies—we’re a global, family-owned business turning waste into resources. With over 40,000 employees across four continents, we’ve proudly led sustainability and innovation in Australia since 1982.
We see waste not as rubbish, but as potential. If there’s a way to sustainably divert it from landfill, we’ll find it. Join us in a role where you’ll make a real impact—through projects that shape a cleaner, greener future.

- Contribute to safety, compliance, and environmental monitoring
- Assist in the development of new techniques for waste treatment and management
- Communicate with stakeholders, including contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
- Balance on-site presence (50%) with office-based planning and reporting (50%)

- Operations or on-site experience (any industry) preferred
- Strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Able to work across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Valid driver’s licence—must be able to travel to site

- industrial setting
- Solid reporting and documentation capabilities
