What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the processes in the plant and ensure efficient operations.
• Implement preventative maintenance program for all fixed and mobile assets on site
• Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to manage people performance, HSEQ outcomes and ensure the business unit targets are met
• Ensure cost effective operations and contribute to developing operational budget and maintenance budget
• Be responsible for training and developing the team, safety and customer service excellence
• Drive Continuous improvement and get involved in projects and initiatives across plant operation, maintenance and safety

What you’ll bring

• Operational environment expertise and background.
• Excellent communication, and strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Proven management and hands-on leadership experience
• Strong background in water waste treatment or liquid waste experience is required.
• Chemical management background or process engineer is desirable but not required.
