Join REMONDIS, a leading environmental services company, as our HSEQ Advisor working across our NSW portfolio. You'll be working within our safety team to help maintain and enhance our health, safety, environment, and quality standards across our operations.

We're looking for an experienced HSEQ professional who is passionate about creating safer workplaces and protecting our environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across our NSW operations to implement effective HSEQ management systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations
• Deliver training programs and safety briefings to staff at all levels
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Support internal and external audits
• Prepare reports and present HSEQ performance metrics to management
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify improvement opportunities

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in HSEQ advisory roles, preferably in waste management or industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, environmental regulations, and quality management systems
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites
