REMONDIS is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Minto team. This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to build meaningful client relationships while contributing to sustainable waste management solutions that make a real difference in our communities.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them find the right waste management solutions for their needs. You'll work from our modern office environment, connecting with businesses across the region to grow our customer base and support existing accounts.

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead qualification
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
• Meet individual and team sales targets

• Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Interest in environmental sustainability is welcomed but not required
