We are hiring for an Administration Manager to join our ETS (Environmental Treatment Solutions) business based in Minto NSW.

As our Administration Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of four Administrators, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the administration function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people management with operational oversight, maintaining business continuity, resolving escalated issues, and driving consistent service delivery across the business.


What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a team.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including workload allocation, rostering, coverage and service levels
  • Provide guidance and support on escalated customer matters and complex administration issues
  • Coordinate with branch operations and credit management teams to resolve customer enquiries efficiently
  • Drive team performance through coaching, one-on-ones and structured development plans
  • Ensure compliance with established processes, retention workflows and internal procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies


About you

  • Experienced people leader with the ability to motivate, develop and hold a small team accountable
  • Confident managing customer escalations and difficult conversations professionally
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence under pressure
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Excel-based reporting
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of contracts and customer retention
  • Waste management or service-contract industry experience is advantageous but not essential
